The only thing that DEVONthink does not allow you to do is keep track of deadlines and other such things that you delegate to others. I was really hoping this application did something of that nature since I'm in the publishing business and it's tough keeping track of who is doing what and when it is due. If there were a way for them to add this kind of interactivity I would move the rating for this app up to the Golden Apple. But for "one-man" projects this application is one you can't do without.
