Those are just a few of the exciting and time-saving things you will find inside. To test out this jewel we used it to convert some of our iconsets from Mac to Windows. It was EXTREMELY easy. By clicking on the "open" button you can open any icon file (make sure that the platform is set to the icon files format). Then you just click "convert" and "save". Didn't I tell you? Easy!
We thought about creating a new higher ranking just for this app that it is so great. With all of it's powerful features you can't go wrong with it. And trust us, we've tried every other icon making app out there and only 1 or two even come close to what this app can do, and they just come slightly close. UPDATE: With IconBuilder Pro Mac->Win icon conversion and vice versa is a breeze. There is true WinXP icon support now (128x128 icon size). This is just great. Now all the win versions of icons on this site will be compatable for Win users using XP. There isn't much more they can do with this handy dandy plug-in so I'm curious as to what will come out in future upgrades. This app is so great that the Golden Apple Award rating was finally created just because of it.
UPDATE #2: And I thought this couldn't get any better... Not only is there tons of new features (including icon support waaay beyond the 128x128 size) it runs extremely fast!! Before it used to take me about 4-5 hours to convert about a hundred png files to icons. That is now cut down to about a half an hour. Also the GUI is greatly improved and there is better support for Windows icons. This program just keeps amazing me. If you haven't tried IB8 yet, you NEED to. Go get it!
