This is about the 5th house I have created for the Sims and the 1st one that I have saved. This spacious and elegant mansion has a large second floor balcony in the front, a small balcony in the rear, an entry foyer, a party shack in the rear next to the pool, two sets of spiral staircases which emphasize it's elegance, and a spacious eating/dining area. It has one bath on the first floor, two on the second, and one in the party shack. You WILL get a message stating that not all objects could be loaded as I have some custom 3d party objects installed. This will not hinder your enjoyment however.
