Icon Products - Really nice design. Some cool looking icons and desktops.

etherbrian - Unique icons, fonts, and other goodies. Some are somewhat bizarre, but a treat for the eyes.

Swizcore Studio - Do you want some of the best themes to grace a desktop this side of Windows? Then you need to check out this great site.
February:
Hoshinocyan-nel - A nice Japanese site with unique OSX (and windows) icons.

Around The Pixel - This is a website some nice icons, desktops, and more. It also has a nice simple interface.
